Parent Support Group

Dundee And Angus ADHD Support Group provides two Parent Support Groups every month.  These sessions are a chance to speak to other parents/carers that have a child/ young person with a diagnosis of ADHD or are going through the diagnosis process.

We offer sessions that focus on self-care, have speakers to talk about ADHD and how it can impact their way of living . It's a great way to reduce loneliness, learn new strategies, and a chance for you to just speak to other parents/carers about what is affecting your family life most at the time you come along.
