Dundee and Angus ADHD Support Group has been set up help raise awareness of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

We are here to support parents/carers through the diagnosis of the condition, to provide practical assistance on how to manage the symptoms of the condition daily and to share information and knowledge.

Youth Groups

We run youth groups in Dundee on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 6-8pm, open to all children ages 5-18 with a primary diagnosis of ADHD.

In Angus on a Tuesday evening at 5-7pm and a Thursday evening at 5:30-7:30pm for children ages 5 to 18 with a primary diagnosis of ADHD.

At the youth groups we arrange lots of different activities based around requests from the young people attending the group. Available at all times are Sports Development Officers, Arts and Crafts and Computers.  For availability of spaces please contact the ADHD Support Office.

For more information about our youth groups check out our youth group page here -->

We are aware our capacity hasn't allowed us the ability to run an adult group but we are aware this is needed, and we are hoping to start this in the future. Please watch this space for updates!!

IMPACT Courses

We are providing our IMPACT courses for young people with a primary diagnosis of ADHD and parents/carers. That run simultaneously for 4 weeks. In this course our young people and their parents/carers will learn more about ADHD.

Each week the parents/carers will be told what their young person is learning to continue to practice at home. The outcome will be a stronger family unit, better communication and improved confidence for everyone.
